We found Tom through Facebook when he posted that he had some extra availability. When he came out to look at the bathroom, he was extremely thorough with asking questions to figure out exactly what all we wanted him to update. He paid attention to every little detail and made sure our quote included everything I might possibly want, but said we could take anything out if we decided not to change certain things. 

We actually first used Tom to add a built in shelf for our playroom. Based on my poorly sketched out design and sizing, and with screenshots of concepts I liked, Tom brought my vision to life. The shelf turned out beautifully and was exactly what we needed. Tom was always on time and actually finished ahead of schedule.

Because of the great work he did for us already, we decided to go with him for the bathroom remodel. Tom was flexible in starting whenever we were ready. By the time I reached back out a few months later after the holidays, he said he could start as early as within a week. 

Tom was super patient and helpful with many emails back and forth as I made my decisions on what all I wanted for the bathroom. He guided me on which products to choose that were in the style I liked. 

We ended up having Tom remodel almost the entire bathroom (which wasn’t fully functional before) because his prices were reasonable and he was able to do everything - unlike the past quotes I received from contractors who would only do part of the job or charged a fortune. 

As he found other issues during the process, he pointed them out to me and made sure to fix them so that the bathroom still turned out how we wanted while staying in budget. He has amazing attention to detail and is a perfectionist about his work, something that every contractor should be. 

Our bathroom turned out absolutely stunning. Tom exceeded my expectations, and our bathroom has an entirely new look and feel. This project made me nervous since moving into our house because I knew it was going to be a huge undertaking to flip the outdated, not totally functional bathroom. But Tom made it happen, finished ahead of schedule, and made sure every detail was perfect.

Overall Tom is a very professional and nice guy to work with, knowledgeable in every area, and does incredible work. I’d recommend him for any project big or small, and we plan to use him again in the future (and already have used him for two other projects).
